Making health a top priority is one of the most important choices we can make in life. I know from experience. Embracing this philosophy several years ago helped me overcome debilitating gut issues and cultivate a healthy mind and body.

Health coaching is the future of healthcare. Instead of managing disease with expensive drugs or treatments, we focus on preventing it through healthy nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle factors.
Over the past 4 years, I’ve been very focused on researching, writing about, and coaching optimal health. I’ve studied the latest science on nutrition, sleep, stress, the gut, longevity, the brain, and more. I incorporate this science into helping my clients make lasting, positive changes to their health. You can find a distillation of my philosophy here on my blog. Coaching packages typically run for 3 months and include:
- A no-obligation initial call
- Two health coaching sessions per month conducted via phone, Skype, or in person if possible (6 sessions total)
- A personalized action plan covering nutrition, supplements, exercise, lifestyle strategies, and more (prepared after the first session and adjusted as needed)
- Check ins between sessions to record your progress and address any stumbling blocks
- Unlimited email access between sessions
- The flexibility to work on the areas of health most important to you
I also offer one-time coaching sessions with the same basic features.
And, I only coach a few clients at a time – so when you coach with me, I’m fully committed to your specific health goals.
